About Us

Peter and Lisa Wood created Face It, a family owned, family run business that has grown on the idea of preserving memories.

"We’ve found that sometimes a picture just isn’t enough – especially for those that have lost loved ones such as a child or a spouse. As you move on in life, having a special reminder, something you can touch and hold close makes all the difference. With this in mind, we’ve spent years refining our skills to turn simple pictures into exact 3D charms of those you love the most".

The idea behind Face it has come from our bereavement services called Features Forever Angel Casting - a self-funded charitable service providing free hand and foot castings for parents facing the loss of their child.

We work with those who would adore jewellery of their loved one, whether they are a much loved family member in their home, a missing loved one, an Angel Baby or a departed pet. Keeping the memory of that special someone close to you is a lovely way to feel that they are involved in your daily life, regardless of if they are with you each day or dearly missed. Once you decide on your choice of product, we will work from one or a series of photos you provide us with to carefully hand craft a miniature replica of your loved one, capturing all of the fine details which are unique to them for eternity.

Sometimes it's an unfortunate reality that you do not have photos of your baby or loved one, or you might want to surprise someone you love who is recently bereaved. We can help you with our range of memorial pieces. With a selection of genuine Swarovski birthstone beads you’ll love to partner your charms with.

Our charms are not only for your little babies. We can transform photographs of your spouse, parent or even your pets. We can create the perfect piece to suit your needs or help to design something special just for you in loving memory.

Is your man the hardest person to find gifts for? Or are you looking to treat yourself? We have created a luxury mens collection that you would be proud to wear, your children, or even your favourite pets can be transformed into your favourite accessories.

How can we create these precious memories for you? We use your favourite photos your loved one or pet to create your heirloom piece just for you.

Resolution is not an issue, so even if your photo is 30 years old and you need to scan it in, we may be able to help too.
Ordering your jewellery is really easy, while we can create these charms from a single photo, the more photos that we have of your loved one, the better the results are.

1 - Upload your favourite photos using our file uploader, and see how we can help you to transform your captured moments to a beautiful piece of Jewellery
2 - Wait for our design team to give us a model back for your approval.
3 - Once the model has been approved, we then send the model to be printed in wax using a high quality printer
4 - When we have the wax model, we can then prepare it to cast in the chosen metal. Sterling Silver, White gold, rose gold or yellow gold.
5 - After casting your loved one’s charm is sent to be polished, then off to GEMLAB for an assessment. This means that you can make sure your item is covered by your content insurance.
